There are carved panels to which an extra piece has been added. Old lamps were originally on it but these have been replaced by the two candlesticks set in stands and made by the late Mr C G Barber.
There is a memorial plaque, within the Bus Shelter in Church End, Renhold, to Mr Barber:
“ Given by Mrs M Barber in abiding memory of C. Gordon Barber C.I. E. M.B.E.”
Mr & Mrs Barber lived at what is now 34 Church End
